Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. We believe that Jesus calls us to radical generosity, so we give out of the gladness of our hearts.

    Your donations enable us to run various programs and ministries that uplift and support individuals and families in our community.

  • Empowering Outreach

    We believe in reaching out to those in need, both locally and globally. Your generosity helps us fund outreach initiatives that provide food, shelter, and hope to those who need it most.

  • Equipping Our Place Of Worship

    Your contributions help maintain our church building as a welcoming and safe space for worship, prayer, and community events.

7 Ways to Give

Annual tax receipts will by issued for all donations to Barrie Free Methodist Church that equal or exceed $20 through the calendar year. Tax receipts are issued by Barrie Free Methodist Church.

  • e-Transfer

    Send to: donations@bfmc.org (no password required)


    In message box, please specify the fund (General, Building, Breakfast Club, Benevolent or Mission).


    Note to BFMC Family: If you have an envelope #, please include if you know it.

  • Online Banking

    Use the bill payment option provided by your banking institution. To obtain the BFMC fund account #’s, email the church Financial Administrator, Elizabeth Kerrigan (elizabeth@bfmc.org).


    Note: This option is only available through the following banks: CIBC, President’s Choice, TD, BMO, and any Credit Union.

  • Tithe.ly App

    Pay by Credit Card with the App! To download:


    1. In the app store, search for “Tithe.ly” and install the app (subheading should say Finance or Your Giving, Inc)
    2. Open the app, and create your account
    3. Log in and search “Barrie Free Methodist Church”
    4. Set up payment details… and you’re good to go!
  • Pre-authorized Debit

    Email Financial Administrator, Elizabeth Kerrigan (elizabeth@bfmc.org) to set up a one-time or recurring direct debit.

  • Sunday Morning

    Debit/Credit Machine or Offering Tray


    We have a self-serve debit/credit machine in the foyer (located beside the Connection Centre).

    You can also place cash or a cheque in an offering envelope and drop in the offering tray during the service.
